Die design and die construction

To offer you the best that today's technology affords for current market demands, Mosa features a stand-alone workshop able to design, build, modify and maintain Dies in the Manufacturing Department. The joint work with the Stamping Department guarantees competence and awareness of production and quality issues: problems are anticipated and solved by drawing on the experience that each new project enhances. The priority guaranteed to the Production Department prevents machine stoppages and contributes to timely deliveries.

MOSA guarantees reliability for every product, since the initial production stage.

How Does It Work With Mosa?

Each project is assigned to a Project Manager, who oversees the following steps:

1. The Project Manager gathers your specifications.
2. Team Mosa performs a feasibility study
3. Costs are estimated
4. Supply agreement
5. Die manufacturing
6. Testing and Sampling
